By requesting services, signing a proposal, or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service and any written statement of work or quotation we provide.
If a statement of work conflicts with these terms, the statement of work will prevail for that project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables are transferred to you after full payment is received. MIJR Solution retains ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how.
You agree to provide timely feedback, access, and content required for the project. Delays in approvals or materials can affect timelines.
Keep credentials, API keys, and access tokens secure. Notify us immediately if a security incident is suspected.
You agree not to use our services or deliverables for unlawful activities, malicious access, or distribution of harmful software.

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIJR Solution will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant services.
You agree to indemnify and hold MIJR Solution harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of services, violation of laws, or breach of these terms.
We treat project materials, credentials, and sensitive information as confidential. We apply reasonable safeguards and can execute an NDA upon request.
Either party may terminate in accordance with the statement of work. Upon termination, fees for work completed to date remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Malaysia.
We may update these terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
